The Common Sense Eating Plan is not about restriction, it is about lifestyle and choices. We are all on a diet, be it healthy or unhealthy. What we seek to gain through our diet is a healthy lifespan through
which we can accomplish our goals and dreams by having a healthy body with boundless energy. Through achieving the goal of a healthy body, we affect the biochemistry of our brain, which allows us to use our energy and body with focus, be it for fun or work without impediment. What is new, is developing a basic working understanding of your DNA. This is about to become as common as understanding calories. In 2003 the Goverment completed the Human Genome Project. This accomplishment set the stage for understanding that our Genes are dynamic and that you can change your body based on your lifestyle. It also means that our eating habits for a long healthy life cannot be the same because every individual is a product of “Genetic Variation”. What we need are principles to follow because there is no one size fits all approach.
To start this process we will probably want to know how to lose weight fast. The information contained on this site will without question allow you to lose up to 30 pounds in 45 days in a way that is completely healthy. Accomplishing rapid weight loss is really much easier then you would expect and you can get started right away (no sales pitch here, just a solid free weight loss plan to get you started).
Before I discovered these four basic Universal truths 7 years ago I was a 5’10” 200lb middle aged professional with a pot belly. My doctor after seeing my labs said “you need to lose weight fast and you know you do”, otherwise I will be treating you for problems that simply living a healthy lifestyle will resolve. I realized right at that moment that my life had reached a crossroad, and if I wanted a long healthy life, this was the time for action. So I began research on everything out there, friends, books, infomercials and realized that getting fat wasn’t complicated, and a building comes down faster then it goes up, but I wanted a permanent fix without the yo-yo effect and began to use my problem solving skills. I knew just through the experience of living and watching others, that something was truly missing in our approach to healthcare and obesity. Eating right and being healthy just shouldn’t be that hard. I was determined to find the secret to live a long healthy life. Believe me when I tell you, I found it!!!
The result of my findings were;
- The Key to understanding weight and human longevity is in preservation and nutrition of the DNA. Free Radicals are the culprit and they must be neutralized. Diet plans are temporary unnatural fixes to the symptom of obesity that are unsustainable and are not focused on human longevity. They are more related to the material goals of Medical professionals and Corporations
- Education in foods, supplements and how the body works are key to stopping the problem from growing larger and beginning to reverse the effects of aging of which obesity is just a symptom
- An immediate drafting of simple principles that are natural and easy to live by focusing on anti aging needed to be drawn up and implemented with the understanding that it is the DNA we are focused on and not just the symptoms that arise from not providing it with the nutrients it needs
The result was the loss of 40lbs in 45 days. It didn’t come off one pound a day. I just stuck to the plan and by the second to third week, the fat was melting off of me and accelerating. My weight loss became so rapid that at 169lbs, I slowed down exercising and still lost another 7 lbs. My friends could not believe it because I was eating. What they didn’t notice is that I was eating slightly differently. After explaining to friends how I did this, they suggested I write a book. I told them no book holds the answers to every individual body type. Everyone’s metabolism is different. Everyone is different because their bodies Blueprint is different. This is why some people can eat more then others and like different foods. There aren’t any groups, we are all unique. All people share 99.1% of the same DNA code, it is the .9% that makes everyone unique. This may not sound like much, but chimpanzes, our closest DNA relative share 98% of our DNA code. This is why Doctors are always asking about your family history. They don’t have the answers to cure you, they can only treat the symptoms from years of medical trial and error and allow the body’s DNA code to cure itself. What people need to understand are a few basic principles that will enable them to maintain a natural healthy lifestyle that makes sense and lose weight fast. There is no sustainable magic bullet. It is all about a lifestyle that protects and enhances your personal DNA.
I suggest you start with understanding the 4 key principles of this blog and then armed with this basic knowledge, take your body as far as you want to go with it. But you need to get to a starting point as the body replicates itself every two years and then you will have a baseline to understand how your individual body works. No place else are you going to get this information for free. I now fluctuate between 172 and 175 of rock hard muscle (It is much easier to lose the fat and then begin to build healthy chiseled muscle). I like to keep my BMI between 24 and 25. I am as a result also blessed with a healthy glow and appear to be in my late 20’ to mid 30’ despite being 50. A healthy glow comes from pulsating DNA.
